Check every carrier invoice against what you expected to pay

Upload a carrier invoice, and Cargoflux matches each line to your shipments and compares the invoiced amount with the expected cost. You see straight away what matches, what deviates, and what you are being charged for that you cannot find.

Every invoice line matched to a shipment
Price deviations shown as an amount and a percentage
Charges for shipments you have no record of
Unaccounted surcharges listed with a subtotal

What you see for every invoice

Price matched or price divergence, with the difference as an amount and a percentage
Shipment not found: charges for shipments you have no record of
Unaccounted surcharges: invoice-level charges not tied to any shipment, with count and subtotal
A summary of invoice total, matched total and total divergence including surcharges

How it works

1. Upload the carrier’s own invoice file (Excel or CSV), or any Excel file with one row per shipment.
2. Cargoflux matches each line to a shipment by shipment ID or tracking number.
3. The invoiced amount is compared with the expected cost on the shipment, from your rate sheet or the carrier’s API.
4. Review the deviations. For one-row-per-shipment files, hide the accepted lines and export the rest to Excel to raise with the carrier.

Supported carrier invoice formats

GLS, PostNord, FedEx, DHL, DHL Express, UPS, DPD, Bring, BWS and more.

For forwarders: turn carrier invoices into correct customer invoices

If you resell transport, Invoice Import goes a step further and makes sure every cost the carrier charges ends up in the right place.

Real cost replaces the estimate, so your margin shows what you actually paid.
Surcharges reach your customer. Extra charges on the carrier invoice are added to the shipment with a sales price and flow into customer invoicing through e-conomic. For UPS these include residential, large package, additional handling and address correction.
Repricing on invoiced weight, including volumetric weight where the carrier charges for it.
No invoiced cost goes unbilled. Shipments booked outside Cargoflux are created and matched to the right customer. Anything unmatched goes to a catch-all customer.
Safe to import again. Importing the same charges twice does not create duplicates.
Automatic import over SFTP for UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD and more.

Invoice Import is set up with our team.

We save many hours of work and many thousands of kroner every single day—in accounting and operations.
