What is Cargoflux?

Cargoflux is an integration platform for freight and transport that brings booking, labels, tracking and settlement together across carriers and IT systems (API, CSV, XML, EDI).

Which systems can you integrate with?

ERP, WMS/TMS and specialised logistics solutions, for example Uniconta, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central and KeyBalance.

Do you support e-commerce?

Yes. There are integrations with Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce, among others.

Which carriers can I use?

The platform connects to an unlimited number of carriers across countries and service types, including PUDO/out-of-home delivery (parcel shops, lockers and more).

How does price comparison work?

You can compare prices on specific shipments before booking, including price, speed and, where available, CO₂ footprint.

What is Autotracking?

Automatic tracking of all shipments with regular status updates (typically every 1–3 hours) and email notifications.

Can I get real-time notifications?

Yes. Both shippers and administrators can receive notifications when a shipment status changes.

What is Autoprint / the Printer Dongle?

A small device that lets you print labels automatically or manually (also remotely via the user interface or API), including automatic adjustment and rotation.

Can I create my own labels and freight documents?

Yes. Create branded labels and print documents such as the Bill of Lading, CMR consignment note and Air Waybill.

What is Invoice Validation?

Invoice validation checks each line on a carrier invoice against the shipment it belongs to and the cost you expected to pay. Every line is marked as matched, deviating or not found, and charges not tied to any shipment are listed as unaccounted surcharges. With Invoice Import, set up with our team, the carrier’s actual costs and surcharges are also added to your shipments, so they can be invoiced on to your customers.

What does Cargoflux cost?

There are three packages: Basic (EUR 123/month), Plus (EUR 281/month) and Premium (EUR 519/month).

What is the difference between the packages?

Among other things, the number of users (2/5/10), locations (2/3/6), shipments per month (500/2,085/4,000), support level and access to advanced modules (such as Advanced Pricing, Analytics and Pre-check Booking).

Can I change package later?

Yes. Choose the package that fits now, and upgrade or downgrade as your needs change.

Do you have an Enterprise or freight forwarder solution?

Yes. We offer Enterprise and a solution designed for freight forwarders. Book a meeting to tailor the package.

Is there a solution for monitoring CO₂?

Yes. Cargoflux can automatically create reports at different intervals and show the CO₂ emissions of the chosen carrier.
