Compare carrier prices before you book

Enter a shipment once, and Cargoflux shows every carrier option the customer can use, side by side, with the real price, expected arrival and CO₂ estimate. The cheapest and the fastest options stand out, so choosing the right carrier takes seconds.

Every eligible carrier product in one list
Real prices including fuel and all surcharges
Expected arrival and CO₂ estimate per option
The cheapest and the fastest option at a glance

Stop overpaying for freight

Checking each carrier’s portal by hand takes time, and the lowest base rate is rarely the cheapest shipment once fuel and surcharges are added. Cargoflux compares the real price of every option, with every charge included, so you never pay more than you need to.

What you see for every option

The real price per carrier product, including fuel, residential, oversize and every other surcharge, calculated from your rate sheet or fetched live from the carrier
Expected arrival per option, with live delivery estimates from UPS, FedEx, DHL Express and DSV XPress, so the fastest option is easy to spot
CO₂ estimate per option
Best price marked, so the cheapest option stands out

See how green each option is

Before you book, Cargoflux shows the estimated CO₂ of every carrier option next to the price and expected arrival. Shippers can choose the greener option as easily as the cheapest or the fastest, and the choice is reflected in your CO₂ reports. CO₂ is available as a paid add-on to the analytics module.

How it works

1. Enter the shipment details: weight, packages, sender and recipient.
2. Cargoflux finds the carrier products this customer is allowed to use, based on your product rules.
3. Prices are calculated from rate sheets or fetched live from carrier APIs, and shown in one list.
4. Pick an option and book. The label is ready straight away.

Price comparison through the API

The same comparison is available through the Cargoflux REST API. Your systems can fetch prices before booking, or let Cargoflux pick the best price automatically, even across currencies.

Your rules, your prices

Your own carrier agreements: prices come from your agreements with each carrier, so you compare what you actually pay.
Product rules decide which carriers and services each customer can choose, by weight, package count and size, time, location, and domestic or international.
Prices include your margins, so customers see their own sales price, not your cost. Read about API Pricing
Air freight quotes include pickup and delivery legs, each priced separately.

We can easily compare offers from our regular suppliers and choose the best solution. We save many hours of work and avoid errors.
