The following is an overview of the typical process for getting you off to a good start. 
All start-up processes are adapted to the individual customer’s needs. Your implementation project will always be a close cooperation your organization and our team at Cargoflux.

1. Demo meeting

You contact us for a demonstration of Cargoflux. We either drive out to your offices or show you how the system works in a live online meeting.

Together we will identify your needs and pinpoint the number of licenses needed, special conditions, integration needs, etc.

Offer
Our offer is always based on an understanding of your unique needs, including the number of licenses, training courses, integrations, etc.

Project group and planning

A project group consisting of representatives from your company and Cargoflux will be established to prepare for the transition to Cargoflux. This project group will examine:

  • Your needs and wishes

  • Agreements on integrations

  • Staff training

  • Contact with your business partners

Integrations and testing

Cargoflux’s own developers will create and test all integrations and API/EDI solutions.

Setting up licenses and staff training
We’ll set up logins for use by staff and, if applicable, customers. And although Cargoflux is easy and intuitive to use, we’ll give your staff and departments the training they need to get off to a good start.

Rollout

Working closely with the project group, we implement Cargoflux in your organization once everything is ready. After implementation, our support staff remain at the ready to help by telephone, e-mail or online chat.
