Every shipment tracked automatically, across all your carriers

Cargoflux follows every shipment for you, from booking to delivery, across all your carriers. Status updates arrive by themselves, and your team, your customers and their recipients are notified at the right moments.

Automatic tracking across all your carriers
Status updates typically every 1–3 hours
Email and SMS notifications to your team and recipients
Exceptions flagged so you can act early

Why automatic tracking?

Checking each carrier’s portal takes time, and customers who don’t know where their goods are pick up the phone. Cargoflux gathers tracking from all your carriers in one place, so you spot problems first and customers stay informed without anyone lifting a finger.

How it works

1. Book the shipment in Cargoflux. Tracking starts by itself, with nothing to set up.
2. Cargoflux collects the status from the carrier, through its API, direct updates or status files.
3. Every status change is shown on the shipment: booked, in transit, delivered or exception.
4. Notifications go out automatically to the people who need them.

Notifications for everyone involved

Your team: an email when a shipment is booked, shipped, delivered or cancelled, has a problem or gets a new comment. Each user chooses which updates they want.
Recipients: an email when the shipment is booked, shipped and delivered, and an SMS when it is shipped and delivered, with your sender name and a tracking link.
Shippers and administrators can both receive notifications when a shipment status changes.

Live tracking for your own deliveries

Do you deliver with your own vehicles? The live tracking page shows the recipient the truck on a map, updated every 10 seconds, how many deliveries are ahead of them, and your logo and contact details, all in the recipient’s own language. The live tracking page is set up with our team.

More than a status feed

Always the right status: duplicate and out-of-order updates are filtered out
Corrected weights and dimensions from the carrier are picked up and the shipment is re-priced
Exceptions are flagged, so problems are handled before the customer calls

Carriers with automatic tracking

Automatic tracking works with major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, GLS, DPD, DSV, Bring, PostNord and Danske Fragtmænd. See all integrations.
