Chauff\u00f8ren er p\u00e5 vej. Og s\u00e5 ringer kontoret for at h\u00f8re, om forsendelsen er afsendt, fordi de ikke kan se det i deres eget system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det sker hver dag i virksomheder, der har vokset sig ud af deres processer, men aldrig rigtig f\u00e5et ryddet op i dem. Lager og kontor arbejder begge h\u00e5rdt. Problemet er, at de ofte arbejder med de samme data p\u00e5 to forskellige steder, og at den ene h\u00e5nd ikke ved, hvad den anden g\u00f8r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fragmenterede transportprocesser ser jo harml\u00f8se ud p\u00e5 afstand. De scanner, pakker, opretter en forsendelse i \u00e9t system og sender en bekr\u00e6ftelse videre pr. e-mail til kontoret. Kontoret taster de samme oplysninger ind i et andet system for at holde styr p\u00e5 fragten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To minutter. Femten gange om dagen. Og det er egentlig ikke en fejl, nogen har lavet, det er bare s\u00e5dan systemet er skruet sammen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Men det er alts\u00e5 her, fejlene sniger sig ind. Et kolli mangler. Et postnummer er tastet forkert. Fragtv\u00e6gt er estimeret frem for m\u00e5lt. Ingen af delene er store fejl isoleret set, men de er alle konsekvenser af, at den samme data lever to steder og vedligeholdes af to forskellige mennesker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Og n\u00e5r der opst\u00e5r uoverensstemmelser, starter opklaringen. Hvem tastede hvad, og hvorn\u00e5r? Den tid bruger I ikke p\u00e5 at flytte gods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fakturakontrol i regneark<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fakturaen fra transport\u00f8ren lander. Bel\u00f8bet stemmer ikke med, hvad I selv har beregnet. Nu skal nogen finde den originale booking, sammenligne rater, kontrollere om der er till\u00e6g, og finde ud af, om det var en aftalt pris eller en fejl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mange virksomheder laver dette i Excel. Et ark pr. transport\u00f8r, opdateret manuelt, med formler der er sat op af \u00e9n person der ikke l\u00e6ngere arbejder der.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det er en dyr proces. Ikke bare fordi det tager tid, men fordi det foruds\u00e6tter, at nogen har det fulde overblik over, hvad der egentlig er aftalt med hvilken transport\u00f8r, og at det overblik er dokumenteret et sted, alle kan finde det. Det er det sj\u00e6ldent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En samlet bookingplatform kan i stedet holde aftalte rater op mod fakturerede bel\u00f8b automatisk og markere afvigelserne. Kontoret ved det ikke, fordi de skal logge ind p\u00e5 transport\u00f8rens eget track-and-trace-system, som kr\u00e6ver et bestillingsnummer, der ligger i et andet system. Lageret kan godt sl\u00e5 det op, men de er midt i at modtage en lastbil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Og s\u00e5 venter kunden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det lyder banalt, men det her er faktisk den del af processen, der rammer virksomhedens image h\u00e5rdest. Kunden oplever ikke jeres interne systemfragmentering. De oplever bare, at I ikke ved, hvor deres vare er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e5r alle forsendelser lever i \u00e9t system, som alle kan tilg\u00e5 med det samme, forsvinder den type opkald af sig selv. Ikke fordi folk pludselig bliver bedre til kommunikation, men fordi informationen er der, den skal v\u00e6re, f\u00f8rste gang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Det er ikke et sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l om disciplin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den udbredte diagnose p\u00e5 dobbeltarbejde er, at folk er d\u00e5rlige til at opdatere systemer, eller at der mangler klare procedurer. Men procedurer l\u00f8ser ikke et strukturproblem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hvis systemerne ikke taler sammen, vil der altid v\u00e6re nogen, der vedligeholder en parallel liste. Det er rationelt adf\u00e6rd i en irrationel ops\u00e6tning. Man finder l\u00f8sninger p\u00e5 de problemer, man har.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En samlet bookingplatform med \u00e9t booking-billede p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af alle transport\u00f8rer fjerner ikke bare dobbeltarbejdet. Den fjerner behovet for det. Og det er en helt anden intervention end endnu et m\u00f8de om procedurer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FAQ<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Virker det kun, hvis vi skifter alle systemer p\u00e5 \u00e9n gang?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nej. Cargoflux integrerer med eksisterende WMS- og ERP-systemer, s\u00e5 I beh\u00f8ver ikke rive alt ned og starte forfra. De fleste kunder kommer i gang gradvist og uden et stort IT-projekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hvad hvis vores transport\u00f8rportef\u00f8lje er meget sammensat?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Platformen h\u00e5ndterer netop det scenarie. Det er jo pr\u00e6cis \u00e9n af de prim\u00e6re \u00e5rsager til, at virksomheder med mange transport\u00f8rrelationer v\u00e6lger en f\u00e6lles platform frem for at navigere i separate portaler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hvorn\u00e5r kan vi forvente at se en effekt?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det varierer. Men fordi ops\u00e6tningen er hurtig, og fordi dobbeltarbejde er et synligt problem fra dag \u00e9t, m\u00e6rker de fleste forskel tidligt i forl\u00f8bet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dobbeltarbejde forsvinder sj\u00e6ldent af sig selv.
