From manual processes to a fully integrated flow<\/h1><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The challenge<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

At FreeTrade Logistics, we have for many years used both Ongoing WMS and Cargoflux separately. Both systems created value \u2014 but our daily operations were still marked by manual steps, especially in the connection between warehouse management and transport booking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It cost time, increased the risk of errors, and made it harder to scale in step with customer growth. In addition, it was a challenge to create the necessary transparency across processes, which affected both our internal efficiency and the customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How was the solution? <\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The integration between Ongoing and Cargoflux became the answer. The combination brings together the best of both worlds: Ongoing to manage the entire warehouse flow \u2014 from putaway to picking and shipping \u2014 and Cargoflux to handle transport booking and labels automatically. In this way, our logistics were seen as a whole rather than two separate processes. The implementation went smoothly, and support from both parties has meant we could quickly realize operational gains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
