From manual processes to a fully integrated flow<\/h1><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The challenge<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

At FreeTrade Logistics, we have for many years worked with both Ongoing WMS and Cargoflux separately. Both systems created value\u2014but our day-to-day operations were still characterised by manual steps, especially in the link between warehouse management and transport booking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This took time, increased the risk of errors, and made it harder to scale in line with our customers\u2019 growth. In addition, creating the necessary transparency across processes was a challenge, affecting both our internal efficiency and the customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How was it solved? <\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The integration between Ongoing and Cargoflux was the answer. The combination brings together the best of both worlds: Ongoing to manage the entire warehouse flow\u2014from put-away to picking and shipping\u2014and Cargoflux to handle transport booking and labels automatically. In this way, our logistics were viewed as a whole, rather than as two separate processes. The implementation went smoothly, and support from both parties meant we were able to realise the operational benefits quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
